The day-of connectivity you can count on.
At a vineyard or ranch with no signal, this is the unit that keeps the day running: your vendors' card readers work, payments don't fail, and your planner, photographer and DJ stay coordinated — no dead-zone scramble. One named technician on site for the whole event, a backup unit and cellular failover, and a sky-view pre-check before your date. The mission-critical connections — pre-checked, set up, and stood behind. And yes — stream the ceremony clean, too.
Founding event rate: 10% off the base — our first 5 managed weddings.
Satellite connectivity varies with weather and obstructions — which is exactly why we pre‑check your sky view, set up on site, and run cellular failover with a backup unit.
Thanks — we’re on it.

What a dead zone costs your day.
The most beautiful venues are the ones farthest from a cell tower. That gorgeous valley is also a dead zone — and the people running your day need a connection to do their jobs. On a wedding day there are no second takes.
Payments fail
The bar, the late-night food truck, the day-of tips — all run on card readers that need a connection. No signal means declined cards and cash-only chaos at the worst possible moment, with guests stuck and vendors fuming.
Coordination collapses
Your planner, photographer, caterer and DJ run the day by phone and text. In a dead zone they can't reach each other — the timeline slips, cues get missed, and the scramble lands on you on the one day it shouldn't.
And the stream drops
The family who couldn't travel are watching the ceremony from home. One stalled upload and they miss the vows — and there's no redo. Real, but the smaller worry: keep the day running first, then stream it clean.
Fully managed — we handle it.
You don't rent a dish and hope. We deliver a complete, staffed connectivity service built around the connections that can't fail — payments and coordination first — and stand behind it. Here's everything that's included on a wedding.
Vendor & card payments that work
A reliable connection for the bar, the late-night food truck, the photo booth and every card reader — so payments don't fail and the vendor team stays running all night, no cash-only scramble.
Planner / photographer / DJ coordination
The people running your day stay in sync — calls, texts and timeline cues get through. We coordinate with your planner and venue ahead of time, and a venue COI is available on request (subject to policy in force). One less vendor to chase.
Named on-site technician
A real person — yours by name — on site for the whole event. They set up, monitor the connection live, and quietly fix anything before it becomes your problem.
Backup unit + cellular failover
A second kit on standby and automatic cellular failover layered underneath. If anything hiccups, it switches over before a single guest notices.
Venue sky-view pre-check
Before your date, we confirm a clear line of sight at your exact venue and stake out where the kit goes. No surprises on the day — we've already cleared it.
And one ceremony livestream — clean
The emotional upsell, handled: one live ceremony broadcast for the guests who couldn't travel, sized and watched so it doesn't buffer during the vows. Want a second simultaneous stream for the reception? Add a unit.
For planners
We work as a preferred vendor and make your day-of easier, not harder: a flat managed quote you can drop straight into the budget, a venue COI available for confirmed bookings, and one technician who owns connectivity so it's off your plate. We pay a disclosed referral (~15%) on every booking you send — partnership, fully above-board.
From first email to online & watched.
Inquire
Tell us your venue, date and what you're streaming. We give you a flat managed quote — no metered data, no surprise add-ons, no phone tag.
Venue coverage check
Ahead of the date we confirm a clear sky view at your exact site, plan the placement, and prep the venue COI so everything's signed off before anyone arrives.
We deliver, set up & stand by
Your technician arrives early, sets up the primary kit plus backup and failover, tests the livestream and the payment network, then stays on site the whole event.
Online & watched, all day
We pre-check your coverage before you book, keep a backup unit on hand for a same-day swap if gear is ever defective, and a human watches the connection live ready to switch over in seconds. We set it up; you don't touch a thing.
Transparent base. Add a unit for more.
No per-gigabyte meters, no surprise day-of charges. A published base for the mission-critical connections, with priced add-ons right on the table — so your planner can drop the right number straight into the budget.
Fully managed wedding
One unit covers the connections above. Need more throughput, more coverage, or a no-single-point-of-failure backup? Add a unit — priced right here, never hidden behind a quote.

Wedding questions, answered.
Can my venue get a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Yes. A Certificate of Insurance naming your venue as an additional insured is available on request, subject to policy in force — just send us the venue's requirements and we'll have it ready well before your date.
Does the base cover guest wifi for everyone?
Honestly, no — and we'd rather say so. One unit's base is built to guarantee the connections that can't fail: one ceremony livestream, every vendor's card reader, and your planner, photographer and DJ. That alone is most of one unit's uplink — so we don't pretend it also blankets a 150-guest dance floor with wifi. If you genuinely want limited guest access, a second zone, or a second simultaneous stream, that's a published add-a-unit (+$650 each), priced right on the page. Need more? We scope it.
What happens if it fails on the day?
It's engineered not to. We pre-check your venue's coverage before you ever book, we bring a backup unit and automatic cellular failover that switches over in seconds, and if a unit is ever genuinely defective we swap it same-day from gear on hand. Your named technician is on site the entire event watching the connection live, so issues get fixed before anyone notices. (Satellite can dip in heavy rain or peak-hour congestion — physics, not a defect — which is exactly why we vet the venue, staff it, and layer in failover.)
Why not just hand my caterer a hotspot?
A cellular hotspot needs cell signal — and the no-signal vineyards and ranches that make the prettiest weddings are precisely where hotspots fail. Satellite internet works where cellular can't, and a managed package means a trained person is responsible for it on the day instead of a stressed vendor improvising.
How far ahead should we book — and where do you serve?
Earlier is better so we can pre-check your venue and prep the COI, but we'll move fast when we can. We deliver across San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma and Napa, with free delivery included on every managed wedding package.
Is your venue a dead zone?
Send us the venue and we'll check the sky view for free — then send a flat managed quote. No obligation.
