How many people can really be on video at once?

One unit reliably carries a small working team — about 5–8 people on simultaneous HD video calls, plus light browsing for the room. That's the people who must be online: the all-hands call, screen-shares and uploads — not wifi for the whole offsite. Need more? Add a capacity unit (+$400) and each one adds roughly another 5–8 simultaneous callers. We run a live load test before your group arrives and confirm it holds. For simultaneous video beyond ~8, a true everyone-streams all-hands, or a conference, tell us the headcount and we'll size it with the right number of units.

Can you invoice our company? Do you take a PO?

Yes. You get an itemized invoice or receipt your finance team can expense in one line. Add a PO number at booking, and we'll provide a W-9 on request for vendor setup. No quote forms, no phone tag — a real, flat price up front.

Our venue is remote with no cell signal — does that matter?

That's the whole point. It's satellite internet, so it works where cellular and venue wifi fail — West Marin ranch houses, vineyards, barns, ridgeline retreats. We pre-check your venue's sky view before you book, so you know the location was vetted before a dollar is committed — and a same-day loaner is on hand if gear is ever defective.

Who sets it up — does our team have to do anything?

We do, start to finish. We deliver, position the dish, stand up the network and verify it before your group arrives, then pick it up afterward. Nobody on your staff touches hardware. A direct line to the person who set up your kit stays on call for the full event.

What if a critical session can't afford to drop?

For high-stakes keynotes or all-hands, we add cellular failover so the connection has a backup path, and you can add a second unit for redundancy. Our tech is on call the whole event, we pre-check the venue before you book, and a same-day loaner is on hand if gear is ever defective — certainty comes first.

Can our venue get a Certificate of Insurance?

A venue Certificate of Insurance is available for confirmed managed bookings, subject to our policy being in force — handy when a venue's contract requires one from every vendor. Send us the requirement and we'll have it ready before your date.
