Connectivity your venue can't promise.
Retreats, pop-ups and company offsites land at beautiful, low-signal venues — West Marin ranch houses, vineyards, barns. We deliver and set up satellite internet that holds up for a small working team — about 5–8 people on simultaneous HD video calls, plus light browsing for the room — then hand your finance team a clean invoice.

"There's wifi" isn't a plan.
The venue's wifi quietly buckles
A ranch house router built for a family of four collapses the moment your working team and an all-hands video call hit it at once. The connection "works" in the walkthrough and dies in the standup — and now your whole agenda is hostage to one access point nobody owns.
We size it for your working team
Satellite internet with a real router, sized for the people who must be online — about 5–8 on simultaneous HD video calls plus light browsing for the room. We point it, run a live load check before your group arrives, and confirm it holds. Bigger all-hands? One unit covers a small team; need more throughput or coverage? Add a unit.
A real person, on-site all event
Something looks off mid-session? I set up your kit and stay on-site to monitor for the duration — one person you can reach, not a support queue three time zones away. We pre-check your venue's sky view before you book, and if the sky view shifts I re-aim and adjust on the spot.
Connectivity, handled end to end.
Delivered & set up
We drive it to the venue, point the dish, stand up the network and verify it before your group arrives. Your team shows up to working wifi — nobody on staff touches hardware.
Sized for your working team
A proper router and unlimited data sized for the people who must be online — about 5–8 on simultaneous HD video calls plus light browsing for the room, not a single tethered hotspot. Need more? Add a capacity unit (+$400, each adds ~5–8 more callers).
On-site support
I set up your kit and stay on-site for the full event — one person you can reach, not a support queue. If the sky view shifts, I re-aim and adjust on the spot.

Offsite & retreat
Built for finance
One unit covers a small working team (~5–8 on simultaneous video). Need more throughput or coverage? Add a unit. Simultaneous video beyond ~8, a true everyone-streams all-hands, a conference, or multi-building? Tell us the headcount and venue and we'll confirm a flat number before you book — never a metered surprise.

Questions, answered.
How many people can really be on video at once?
One unit reliably carries a small working team — about 5–8 people on simultaneous HD video calls, plus light browsing for the room. That's the people who must be online: the all-hands call, screen-shares and uploads — not wifi for the whole offsite. Need more? Add a capacity unit (+$400) and each one adds roughly another 5–8 simultaneous callers. We run a live load test before your group arrives and confirm it holds. For simultaneous video beyond ~8, a true everyone-streams all-hands, or a conference, tell us the headcount and we'll size it with the right number of units.
Can you invoice our company? Do you take a PO?
Yes. You get an itemized invoice or receipt your finance team can expense in one line. Add a PO number at booking, and we'll provide a W-9 on request for vendor setup. No quote forms, no phone tag — a real, flat price up front.
Our venue is remote with no cell signal — does that matter?
That's the whole point. It's satellite internet, so it works where cellular and venue wifi fail — West Marin ranch houses, vineyards, barns, ridgeline retreats. We pre-check your venue's sky view before you book, so you know the location was vetted before a dollar is committed — and I'm on-site to re-aim if the sky view shifts.
Who sets it up — does our team have to do anything?
I do, start to finish. I deliver, position the dish, stand up the network and verify it before your group arrives, then pick it up afterward. Nobody on your staff touches hardware. I stay on-site for the full event — one person you can reach.
What if a critical session can't afford to drop?
For high-stakes keynotes or all-hands, the most reliable move is on-site monitoring: I'm there the whole event watching the connection, and you can add a second unit for more throughput. We pre-check the venue's sky view before you book, and if the connection dips I re-aim on the spot. Satellite throughput varies with weather and sky view, so we set honest expectations up front rather than promise it can't happen.
What if the sky view shifts during the event?
Satellite needs a clear view of the sky. We pre-check your venue before you book, and because I stay on-site the whole event, I can re-position and re-aim the dish if the connection dips behind a tree line or building. Throughput naturally varies with weather, sky view, and network load — we're honest about that and I'm there to adjust.
